Always Put Me First

Gena is more than an attorney. She is honest, kind, and she cares about her clients. Gena saw me through some of my darkest days. Her advice and integrity always put me first even when it was financially more advantageous to offer other advice. Unfortunately, I have been represented by other attorney's that care more about billable hours and taking the easy way out by settling for whatever got the deal done instead of going to trial. My final point, Gena is a master in trial. She is sharp and quick witted. Gena understands when to push and when to back away. If you want an attorney that will be there for you, tell you the truth no matter what, she's the attorney you want her on your side.

Always fought for what I wanted

When I brag about my experience with Gena to people who ask about my divorce, I always place emphasis on peace of mind. My ex-husband put my son and I through an experience that was scary, stressful and felt uncertain. Gena was there from day one. All legal matters were handled promptly, she responded to all of my emails as soon as she was able (the majority within the day) and understood my primary concern was protecting my son. She was always straight forward with me and fought for what I wanted while encouraging me to be reasonable and rational. Divorce is messy, confusing, exhausting and every bad adjective in the dictionary, having Gena was money well spent and I will always be grateful for the peace of mind she gave me.

She didn’t talk to me like a robot

I recently hired Gena for a child custody battle. Upon first meeting her, I knew she was someone I could work with through this. She didn’t talk to me like a robot, she was straight forward and didn’t try to sell me on the impossible. My experience with Gena has been nothing but positive. She's done a fantastic job, and because of her I not only get to be a part of my sons life, I get to spend a good amount of time with him in a fair agreement.
